The P30 Performance 30 Protocol is designed to help individuals increase their exercise performance from the first 10 days of its use. It does so by stimulating blood through the device’s photobiomodulation capabilities and by cooling the blood through the removal of excess body heat through the device’s cooling plate.
It can also be used for energizing the body and enhancing mental alertness after waking or when experiencing symptoms of fatigue, brain fog or general lethargy.
This protocol is the default protocol for use of the Quantlet in Manual Mode.
The device is designed to be water-resistant (but not waterproof) and carry an IP rating similar to that of other ruggedized devices. It’s important to highlight, though, that the device is currently meant to be worn before exercise, between sets and/or after workouts. We are conducting extensive testing to ensure we understand precisely how the device will enhance exercise during workouts.
Recommended Usage Strategy:
- Use this protocol for the first two weeks of daily usage of the Quantlet and then move to P60 if well tolerated
- Begin protocol 15-20 minutes prior to exercise
- In order to avoid negatively affecting sleep, this protocol is only recommended for daytime use
- Ensure the rubber plug covers the USB charging port if using during exercise. Failure to do so will void the product warranty
